KHUSHHAL PAKISTAN PROGRAMME
INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED BY CHIEF EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAT

1. KPP project should be under taken on fast track basis as it is for the benefit of the people and also generates economic activity.

2. Funds should be utilized in judicious and prudent manner to ensure transparency.

3. Project should be identified by elected representatives. The Zila Mushawarat Committee will be the forum to consider, discuss and finalize such schemes.

4. A fair amount of funds of KPP be utilized for water supply, sanitation, drainage and municipal services schemes. This will involve the active participation of Town / Taluka Nazims. The Zila Mushawarat Committee will be the forum to consider, discuss and finalize such schemes. Operationalization of incomplete electrification schemes should also be included.

5. Governor is free to include any developmental scheme under the KPP-III, however, funds shall not be spent for purchase of cars, air-conditioners, etc.

6. Lining of Water Courses to be included in KPP-III.

7. Play ground should be developed / leveled in every major village / town to provide sports facilities to the young generation.

8. Education schemes also to be given priority.
